New Hope Manor offers all-female, residential substance abuse treatment with variable length of stay. We accept women ages 13 and up, including those who are pregnant, those who would like to have young children under 3 stay with them while they are in treatment, and any woman in need of services. We are licensed by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) as an 820 Program and offer Stabilization, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration elements of care.
Our Residential Program in Barryville, NY offers services to those who need Stabilization and Rehabilitation. These elements offer individualized counseling, group counseling, mental-health, mild-moderate withdrawal, medical, and vocational services. For those who would like to bring a child or are pregnant, we offer a specialized Mother-Child program that includes an on-site NYS licensed day-care so that women can focus on their recovery while feeling assured their child is well cared for and close by.
Our Community Residence in Poughkeepsie, NY provides Reintegration. This element offers individualized case management, peer and staff support, and assistance accessing community resources. It provides a safe and supportive living environment and is open to all women in need of this element of care, including those who are pregnant and parenting children under the age of 3.
Our caring staff operates a research-based service that helps women reclaim their lives regardless of their past treatment history. We are trauma informed and offer strength-based services in a comfortable, safe, and healthy environment. Our program is designed to promote greater self-respect, self-worth, and the ability to care for oneself, family members, develop healthy relationships, and become a positive member of one's community.
